ABOUT OUR FOUNDATION
Our Mission
Founded in memory of the vibrant Saba Washington, Saba's Hope Foundation honors her life and legacy after she tragically lost her battle with mental health in 2012. As Black women, we often carry the weight of the world, pouring into others until there's little left for ourselves. This leaves us vulnerable and depleted, a silent struggle many face.

Saba's Hope is committed to breaking the stigma around mental health and suicide, focusing on the unique challenges Black women encounter. Our mission is to raise awareness, promote resilience, and foster self-care by providing access to mental health resources and education. We are building a community where women are empowered to prioritize their well-being, heal, and thrive—together.
